Trains from Malaga Airport to Fuengirola

From Robert in Cardiff

Hi Jo

I wonder if you can help us

Is there a train that operates between Malaga Airport and Fuengirola on Saturdays, if so does it take long and roughly how much do you think it would cost each?

Hi Robert,

There is a train station close to Malaga Airport. At the moment there is alot of construction work being carried out so its best to ask someone to direct you when you are there.

The train takes around 25 minutes. Here is the link for the Trains so you can check times etc.

Eating in Puerto Banus

Hi Jo

We are coming to the Puerto Banus area in August, we have 3 children under 10 and wondered if you know 1 or 2 places that we could take the kids to eat in where they won't get bored and where they will eat the food.

Is there a Pizza Hut or something like that?

Any help you could give would be great,

Many Thanks

Jan

MY REPLY

Hi Jan,
There is TGI Fridays in the Port which is really good with kids and the food is good too. They have high chairs if you need and also give colouring etc. Just next door to TGis is Metro who do pizza and pasta, who also have numerous high chairs and boosters and also give colouring.

There is also Picassos which is a big Pizzeria on the front line of the port in the middle. Pizzas are big enough for 2 or 3 kids to share. Good value too.

We also have a full sections on :
Puerto Banus International Restaurants
Puerto Banus American Restaurants
Italian Restaurants in Puerto Banus
Chinese Restaurants in Puerto Banus,
Indian Restaurants in Puerto Banus,
Thai Restaurants in Puerto Banus,
Japanese Restaurants in Puerto Banus.

Shops in Malaga Airport

From Pat in Cornwall

Hi Jo

Do you know if there is somewhere that we can buy cigarettes at Malaga Airport and what is a safe number we can buy?

We ahve heard that there have been changes with regards to smoking in Spain and that you can only buy cigarettes in Tabacco shops.

MY REPLY

Hi Pat

There have been changes but you can still buy cigarettes in the large "duty free" shop at Malaga Airport, it's on the upper level after you go through passport control. Just at the top of the main escalator and on your left!

3200 cigarettes is the "safe" amount providing that you can say they are for your own personal use!

Regards

Jo
