English Locksmiths Costa Del Sol
Does anyone know some good English Locksmiths On The Costa Del Sol.
We need to know about English locksmiths in Marbella, Fuengirola, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Estepona...here's why....
One of the really common things that happens when you own a holiday home in Spain is that you can lock yourselves out, or even worse tenants who you are renting your apartment to lock themseleves out!
I see it happening a lot on our urbanisation, the first thing that everyone does is panic and try to break in themseleves, then they go and find the first locksmith they can and usually pay around €120 to get the door opened in under 5 mins! (OK I know Marbella is expensive!).
Our best advice is prevent this from happening by sticking a warning about the keys on the inside of the door.
The other thing is to make contact with a couple of locksmiths and provide your tenants with their numbers and names on an "Emergency" sheet which they should keep with them.
A lot but not all Locksmiths on the Costa Del Sol speak English but it may be worth seeking out actual English Locksmiths as this would make things a lot less stressful for your tenants.

Theres a lock smith in Centro Plaza Nueva Andalucia cant miss it.
