A Guide To Estate Agents in Puerto Banus
Here we have provided a list of some of the Estate Agents currently in Puerto Banus and also Nueva Andalucia. Please note that we have not dealt with any of them personally so we are not recommending them, only listing them. We hope to eventually have a review on all of the estate agents soon.
Five years ago, the Estate Agents here in Marbella didn't even have to try to sell. The British and other Europeans were just throwing their money at new apartments and properties on the Costa Del Sol. Now though, it has slowed down, for numerous reasons. People are more wary of what they are buying, it's not as cheap as it used to be, and whenever there is a slight recession in the UK, a holiday home is the first thing to take a back seat.
With all the recent problems of illegal buildings in Marbella, we advise you to be very careful about buying and who you buy through. From my understanding, Andalucian Dream Homes is one of the few agents that have had nothing to do with any illegal building on the Costa Del Sol. I'm sure there are others.
