If you are meeting someone in Malaga Airport arrivals hall then the Golf Bar on the left hand side as you come through the sliding doors is the best place to rendezvous as it sells snacks, sandwiches etc.
In the Malaga Airport departures hall before you check in there are a selection of cafes and newspaper shops but it is probably best to go straight through after checking in, as this is where you will find the best selection of shops and a Hagaan Dazs ice cream parlour.
