Puerto Banus Bars

Bars are opening up in Puerto Banus all the time. Some work and some just don't take off, but there are those ones that are just busy all the time and where everyone wants to be seen.

Lately more and more celebrities, footballers and reality TV stars have been spotted in the port and if you come at the busy period you are more than likely to bump into one. We have seen a great number of footballers (Ashley Cole is a regular), much of the cast of Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and Eastenders including Barbara Windsor. One of my favourite people to see was the star of The Apprentice - Sir Alan Sugar - who has place here and was just chilling in a restaurant in Marbella with his family.

Expect to pay at least €10 a drink maybe more in some of the bars. To drink here is expensive. and I was once charged 20GBP for a gin & tonic and a bottle of water.

Listed below are some of the more popular bars in Puerto Banus which tend to open late morning/noon and stay open until the early hours. Places like Sinatra's close when the last person leaves which is often around 06:00 in the morning during the summer months. If you have the staying power, the bartender in the outside area often shows customers his version of cossack dancing at around 04:00!
