The only Casino in Puerto Banus is the Casino in Andalucia Plaza Hotel, Puerto Banus. If you stay at the Hotel then Entrance to the Casino is free.
At the Puerto Banus Casino there are a number of different games including American Roulette, French Roulette, Caribbean Poker and Black Jack . There is also a room full of slot machines which is free to enter.
The last time we went to go to the casino I didn't actually make it as we got as far as the slot machines - which I love so much- and ended up spending hours in there. Ithen broke the heel on my shoe, so I had to go home and I didn't get to play my favourite ...Roulette!
Gambling is a funny thing here in Spain. It's not very clear what is legal and what's not with regards to bookmakers, etc, but the locals do love their slot machines. If you pass by any small Spanish bar even 10:00am in the morning you will see people playing them. It has become a big thing and there is even a magazine called "The Smart Gambler" which is distributed around the Costa Del Sol and is full of information and tips with the "Marbella Kid" Paul Zimmbler.
Puerto Banus Casino Opening Hours & Entrance
The casino at Andalucia Plaza is open every day from 8;00pm to 5:00am. If you just want to use the slot machines then this section is open from 12 noon.
If you are staying at the Andalucia Plaza Hotel, then entrance to "Marbella Casino" is free. If not, then there is a small charge. Often you can pick up free entrance cards at certain hotels / restaurants so keep your eye out.
you must take your passport for identification and you will not be allloed in if wearing jeans or trainers: pretty much the same dress code as in the UK.
Directions to Puerto Banus Casino
The Andalucia Plaza Hotel is on the N340, which is the main coast road. If driving from the Direction of Malaga, continue on the N340, go past the Large El Corte Ingles, Puerto Banus which will be on your left, then continue past the next exit where there is a Barclays Bank. Just after this exit there is a small slip road to the hotel. At night its lit up really well so hard to miss.
