International School Estepona

This school now takes children from 2 years old to 12 years old and follows both the English and Spanish Curriculum. It also follows the Montessori method of teaching as the Founder Mrs Gillian Godbold was also a teacher and school owner in the UK.

The school seems to be having numerous works done to extend it and provide more facilities for the children.

We went quite a while ago to see the school when it was only taking children up to about 8 years old. It was a lovely little school, new, clean, bright. with all lovely new toys and equipment. The classes were small with a teacher and assistant in each class. There was a large grass area for kids to play. They were either extending or moving to new premises in order to have more rooms and cater for children up to 12 years old.

The school hours are 9.30 to 16:00 The school also has 10 weeks holiday in the summer and most Local & National Holidays and Half Terms.

Unlike the other schools, the fees are listed quite clearly here on their website.

They asked for a registration fee of €350.00 and a deposit of €650 which is refundable.

Nursery, Reception, Year 1 & 2 €1,895 per term (payable 3 times)

Years 3 to 6 €2,170 per term (payable 3 times).
