Booking Information and Terms
About Us
We actually live in another apartment on the La Maestranza complex. We have lived here since February 2003 and are able to provide information on things to do, the best beaches, where to eat, where to shop etc.
One of us will meet you on arrival to show the apartment, the complex and explain the surrounding area.

Thank You
Deposit
On booking the apartment we require a 20% deposit paid into our bank. We will provisionally book the apartment for you for 5 days until the money reaches our bank account. 8 weeks before your holiday we will require the balance to be paid into our bank account.
If when booking the apartment your holiday dates are less than 8 weeks away, then would require all the money to be paid at the time of booking.
We also require a security deposit of 100€ to be paid in cash when arriving, the deposit is for any damages / breakages. This will be returned to you in full and in cash on check-out (less cost of any breakages / damage).
Cancellation
Amounts forfeited will be as follows upon cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of departure 100% (ie no refund).
Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks of departure 75% (ie 25% refund).
Cancellation 4 to 6 weeks 50%. (ie 50% refund)
More than 8 weeks before departure – you loose your booking deposit.
Keys
Please inform us of the times that you expect to arrive in Puerto Banus. We live on the same urbanization and will personally meet you ourselves and hand over keys. (Please note that keys will only be handed over once all money & deposit has been paid in cash).
In the event of us being away we will always arrange for someone to meet you. If this is the case will we notify you of what to do on arrival.
Check In & Out Times
On the day that you arrive, the apartment will be available from 2pm. On the day that you leave, the apartment should be vacated by 11am. This is in order for the apartment to be cleaned etc. Should the apartment be ready earlier then you may be able to enter.
If you have a late flight we will be able to store your cases somewhere during the day.
Arrival
On arrival you will find a bottle of water, tea, coffee and biscuits. There is a supermarket just next door which is open Monday to Saturday 9.15am to 9.15pm it sells everything you could need for your stay including sun cream and things for babies i.e nappies food milk etc. There is also an OpenCor Supermarket which is open 365 days of the year between 8am and 2pm, this is just a little further away, about a 5 minute walk.

Insurance
The party traveling are responsible for their own insurance and accept fully that the owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind.
Baby Package
Our price includes the use of a travel cot. If you prefer a wooden cot then this can be arranged. We can also arrange hire for a baby high chair, baby walker if required. Charges are 20€ per item per week.
