Unfortunately, there is no email address. The main number for all Spanish Airports is 902 404 704 this is www.aena.es They will be able to put you through to the correct department.

Dear Sir/Lady,
On my Ryanair flight FR8613 from Malaga to Niederrein on Friday 28/12/07 @ 20h55 I left my coat on chair next to gate B22 just before boarding flight.
Coat = Brown with green inner lining. Black gloves + hat in pockts.
Please let me know if found so I can arrange collection accordingly.
I tried phoning but communication difficult. Will be good if you can post a email address on your website.
