Malaga Airport Guide

Hi Jo, I've just been reading your very helpful blogs and I wondered if I could pick your brain as I'm coming to Malaga at the end of Sept with my wife. What route would we take from Malaga airport to Cadiz. I have driven to Estepona in the past and I wondered if it is better that I carry on this road to Algeciras, and then head north or is there a more direct route. Is the raod to Cadiz from Algeciras a direct motorway, or do we have to head for Seville and by-pass the big National Park up there? How far is this trip and roughly how many hours to get there? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Joe Hanley (Scotland)

You can go both ways. The road from Algeciras to Jerez / seville is a lovely new road to drive on so think this may be a better way.

I would allow around 3 hours.
